CLIENT CHARTER
MDTel's customer service system always provides friendly and top-notch service when dealing with you through:
- Ensure that complaint feedback will be provided within three working days.
- Counter service will be provided no later than 20 minutes during normal hours and 60 minutes during peak hours.
- Ensure that applications for hawker licenses, business licenses and operating licenses are processed within 5 working days.
- To ensure that all applications for Development Plan, Building Plan and Certificate of Occupancy (CCC) have been processed within 3 working days from the date of complete application received and approved within a week after the comments of the technical agencies are received and approved in the Full Meeting of the Telupid District Council.
- To ensure that all applications for development plans under the devolution of authority to the Head of Department are processed within 3 working days from the date the complete application is received and approved within a week after the comments of the technical agencies are received and approved in the Full Meeting of the Telupid District Council, namely
- Earthwork Plan
- Road & Drainage Plan
- Drainage Plan
- Street Light Plan
- Landscape Plan
- Temporary Permit Plan
- Additional Change Plans
- Ensure that property tax bills are sent to taxpayers no later than three weeks after the commencement of each term.
- To ensure that the collection of solid waste (garbage) is carried out efficiently and carried out daily.
To ensure that social, religious and sports development activities are carried out.
